Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restaurant dining areas, tables, chairs, floors, and service stations.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as required.
- Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, equipment surfaces, and food preparation areas in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste safely.
- Clean and restock washrooms, including soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
- Wash windows, doors, and other fixtures as required.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns to management.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored correctly.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks according to the restaurant cleaning schedule.
