We are looking for Machine Operatives for 42 hours per week on a rotating 12 hour shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 2 days/2 nights then 4 days off.

Start and finish times: 6:45am to 6:45pm for day shift, 6:45pm to 6:45am for night shift.

Pay: £13.39 an hour rising to £15.91 after 12 weeks.

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset.

Immediate start with a temporary to permanent contract.

The Role:

  • Running the machines
  • Working within a busy manufacturing environment
  • Recording data on systems
  • Starting on one machine and then getting trained on various others which will also give you an extra £1.25 an hour once trained
  • Producing high quality products
  • Following procedures and health and safety at all times
  • Maintain and monitor machine to make sure it functions properly
  • Conducting quality checks

About You:

  • Start immediately and are looking for long term work
  • Previous experience is not essential but is very useful within the role
