£13.00 per hour, increasing to £13.08 per hour | Monday to Friday | Temp to Perm

JDR Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Powder Coating Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Bridgend.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous powder coating or manufacturing experience who is looking for a stable, full-time position with the opportunity to secure permanent employment.

Working Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday

• 7:45am start

• Starting pay: £13.00 per hour, increasing to £13.08

• Weekly pay, every Friday

• Temporary to permanent opportunity after 12 weeks

The Role

• Preparing metal components and surfaces ready for powder coating

• Applying powder coating to achieve a smooth, even finish

• Operating powder coating equipment safely and efficiently

• Checking finished products for quality and consistency

• Hanging, loading and unloading components

• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe

• Working as part of a busy production team

What We're Looking For

• Previous powder coating or industrial spraying experience is desirable

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment

• Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

• Reliable, hardworking and a good team player

• Able to work efficiently and follow health and safety procedures
