Assembler / Production Operative
The Role
Working as part of a friendly and supportive manufacturing team, you will be responsible for assembling a range of high‑quality products to specification while maintaining excellent quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components using hand tools and basic workshop equipment.
- Read and follow assembly instructions and production drawings.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Work efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
- Report any faults or quality issues to supervisors.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is desirable.
- Experience using hand tools is advantageous.
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
