Factory Operative

Full time, Monday to Friday hours
JDR are currently working with a well-established manufacturing client, we're looking for experienced a General Factory Operative to join their team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with long term opportunities available.
Due to the nature of the client you'll be working in and around raw meat, successful candidates must be comfortable in this type of environment. This role is based on site in Boroughbridge.
What's on offer

- Monday to Friday hours, no shift work/weekends required

What you'll be doing
- Working to daily and weekly production targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Pack products ready for distribution
- Inspect products on the production line to ensure quality standards are met
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working in a similar production/warehouse environment
- A strong team player with a good work ethic
- Reliable and punctual with attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy production/warehouse environment
- Comfortable working in a manual environment with heavy lifting
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm
Pay rate
- £12.71 per hour / £28,089 per annum salary
