JDR Recruitment are recruitment for Warehouse Operatives to work at a large distribution site in Over Hulton
Job Purpose
To support the efficient operation of the distribution centre by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching electrical products safely and accurately while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Check incoming goods against delivery documentation.
- Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanning equipment.
- Pack products securely for shipment.
- Load and unload vehicles in line with health and safety procedures.
- Move stock around the warehouse using manual handling equipment.
- Carry out stock checks and inventory counts when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Report damaged stock, equipment faults, or safety concerns promptly.
- Meet productivity and quality targets set by management.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Skills and Experience
Essential

- Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
