Salary: Β£37,000 per annum (basis salary)

Hours: 07:30am - 16:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all production and manufacturing equipment is maintained to the required standard
  • Maintenance and management of mechanical systems across the site
  • Carry out both preventative and reactive (breakdown) maintenance
  • Ensure that all part stocks are maintained
  • Prioritising breakdowns to ensure productivity
  • Working closely with the maintenance team to support on any further duties
  • Accurately log all completed works paperwork
  • Working within all health and safety guidelines

Key Skills / Experiences

  • Experience of mechanical maintenance on CNC wood machines
  • Working maintenance experience on a direct production / manufacturing line
  • Experience of working with plant and machinery within the manufacturing industry
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
  • Pneumatic AND Hydraulics experience
  • A relevant qualification within mechanical engineering (e.g. NVQ, HND, HNC, City and Guild)
