Warehouse Operative - FLT & Reach Truck
Must hold relevant FLT Licences - Counter Balance or Reach Truck
Monday to Friday, alternating 06:00 to 18:00
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative - FLT to join a busy manufacturing environment.
You will play an important role in ensuring ingredients, packaging and finished products are moved safely and efficiently around the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Counterbalance and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
- Receive, check and correctly store deliveries
- Deliver ingredients and packaging to production lines on a just-in-time basis
- Load finished products ready for dispatch
- Complete warehouse paperwork and records accurately
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene
- Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety and GMP requirements
- Work closely with the Warehouse and Production teams to meet daily requirements
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience operating Counterbalance and Reach Trucks
- Holds the relevant FLT/Reach Truck licences or certificates
- Has previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Understands the importance of Health & Safety and Food Safety
- Is confident operating machinery and completing paperwork
- Has good communication and teamwork skills
- Is reliable, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards and looking for ways to improve
