Our client is a long-established, family-run business specialising in the design, manufacture, and global distribution of high-quality products. Based in Blackpool, they have built an excellent reputation over many years as a trusted and respected employer, known for their commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Due to business needs, they are looking for an additional member of staff in the Warehouse/Stock Office. You will be working within a dedicated team that also works closely with the logistics departments.

This is a general administration role on a part-time basis - 3 days a week - Monday and Wednesday along with an additional day in the week. Hours of work: 8 am - 2 pm (total 18 hrs per week).

Responsibilities/Daily Duties:
  • Allocation of stock accurately and in a timely manner
  • Dealing with stock deliveries
  • Updating the stock records
  • Assisting in goods in and goods out processes including checking paperwork
  • Analysing orders
  • Supporting the warehouse manager with administration duties including updating excel spreadsheets using your data entry skills
  • Working closely with the logistics team and wider teams around the business including Sales
Skills & Experience:
  • Background in Office Administration
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Willing to get involved in a variety of duties
  • An understanding of warehouse or distribution would be advantageous
  • Hands-on and willing to learn
  • Good data entry skills with accuracy
  • Office Administration experience essential of over 5 years
