Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance & Reach Driver
Our Client is a leading distribution company where your forklift expertise drives operational excellence in their state-of-the-art facility in the Blackburn area.
Counterbalance FLT Driver AND Reach FLT Driver - Accredited Certificated
Due to the nature of the job you will need to be Medical Fit to drive the FLT
Monday to Friday - Dayshift/Nightshift available TBC
We are supporting a major distribution client in Blackburn in recruiting an experienced Counterbalance/Reach FLT Driver. This is a temporary assignment to cover Christmas to begin with however there is a chance for the work to extend after this time depending on business needs.
What you'll be doing:
- Operate the FLT throughout the warehouse (Counterbalance/Reach)
- Load and unload vehicles to site
- Move stock in and around the warehouse
- Locate and label stock within the production/warehouse environments
- Pick orders using FLT and manually (if required)
What we're looking for:
- In date counterbalance/Reach FLT licences (must be external)
- Experience working in a previous FLT role
- Previous experience in a warehouse role
- Can commit to Day/Night shift pattern once agreed
