We are looking for an Outbound Contact Centre Agent.
Days: £13.00 per hour + up to £200 bonus per month
Location: Bedminster

Shift: Monday to Thursday 10am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 5pm

JDR is recruiting for an Outbound Contact Centre Agent to work with a friendly team in Bedminster, Bristol.
MAIN DUTIES:
- To achieve the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department and individually - including the numbers of calls made, decision maker contacts achieved, appointments made (number and quality), and appointments visited.
- Ensure that all the calls allocated to them are called within the defined time periods.
- Ensure calls are made using the correct scripts and to incorporate the key messages and specific promotions within their calls.
- Ensure that appointments are booked according to the current policies and standards.
- To make outbound calls as instructed by the Contact Centre Management.
- When required to offer inbound phone cover to the sales phone numbers.
About you:
- Start immediately and are looking for long term work.
- Previous customer service and sales experience is preferred.
- You will be able to travel to Bedminster, Bristol.
