Hours: 40 hours per week | Any 5 days out of 7 (Monday-Sunday)

Job Responsibilities
- Coach, support and motivate team members to achieve strong performance
- Provide regular feedback and recognise positive contribution
- Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging working environment
- Full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence
- Opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks
- Oversee customer enquiries, call handling, up selling and administration
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety and security are maintained
- Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Deliver consistently excellent customer service
- Support achievement of store targets, sales growth and cost control
- Monitor local competitors and market activity
- Take ownership of key performance indicators and financial contribution
Key Skills / Experience
- Experience supervising, leading or managing at least one team member
- Experience acting as the senior person on shift (e.g. supervisor, team leader, key holder or duty manager)
- Confidence making day-to-day operational decisions independently
- Background in a customer-facing environment such as retail, hospitality, leisure, call centres or facilities management
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
