JDR are currently working with a well-established manufacturing client, looking for experienced Production Operatives to join their team. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, so we’re looking for committed individuals who are looking for long term work. This role is based on site in Boroughbridge; successful candidates must be able to travel to site daily.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working to daily and weekly production targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Packing products ready for distribution
- Inspecting products on the production line to ensure quality standards are met
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working in a similar production/warehouse environment
- A strong team player with a good work ethic
- Reliable and punctual with attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy production/warehouse environment
- Comfortable working in a manual environment with heavy lifting
