Senior Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Support to all offices across Europe and further afield
- Working closely with all offices when it comes to the introduction and roll out of new products across the brand
- Supporting in the creation of engaging training material, across both e-learning and staff-led methods
- Providing technical assistance and ensuring alignment with all corporate accounts
- Responsible for completing data analysis and reporting – effectively analysis performance date and any trends which will help towards continuous improvement
- Ensuring that you remain compliant with European product standards and all other associated legislation
- Overseeing end to end rework activities to maintain quality across all products and operational efficiency
What are we looking for:
- Experience of working across cross-functional teams to provide updated product knowledge and new product instruction
- Familiar of implementing continuous improvement methods and knowledge of end to end rework processes
- Understanding of product standards and associated legislated requirements across different markets
- Able to utilise analytical skills when interpreting data and specifically performance data
- Experience of working within team environments but also able to work independently
- Excellent knowledge and understanding across microsoft office packages
