JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Paid Media Executive to work in Swinton, Manchester. This would be working for an online home retail company specialising in trend-led home products. This is a Permanent role starting immediately. Hours fall between 7.30am-5pm (8 shift with flexible start and finish times) Monday-Friday. This role is fully onsite. Salary starts at £35,000 per annum.
We are looking for a flexible and proactive Senior Paid Media Executive to help drive our Paid Media strategy forward. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering sales growth aligned to our ROAS and COS targets, assisting in managing budgets and driving customer acquisition via Paid Social (Meta and TikTok) and Google Ads. This role is ideally suited to someone who works in an online retail/trading environment.
Responsibilities:- Paid Ad Performance: Manage and improve campaigns and ads across all Paid Media platforms. Monitor daily performance and proactively improve campaigns. Analyse and clearly present campaign data to spot challenges and opportunities. Report on all relevant KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates and revenue contribution.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist our Paid Media Lead in planning, building and launching paid social campaigns primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) but also on TikTok and new channels (Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit). Assist in managing our search ads across Google Ads, Bing and Google Merchant Centre. Assist in managing prospecting and re-targeting activity. Help track and manage our campaign budgets to ensure optimised budget pacing and maximum ROAS efficiency. Assist with accurate and timely Paid Media performance reporting in collaboration with the E-Commerce team, using Google Ads, Meta and Google Analytics.
- Creative Performance: Help manage the Paid Media creative work stream, briefing and project managing the process of onboarding new and diverse creative into our Meta Campaigns at scale. Develop creative briefs informed by performance data, audience insight and competitor analysis. Work closely with our creative and brand marketing team to produce high-performing assets. Build and maintain a structured creative testing roadmap (hooks, formats, messaging angles, UGC, static vs video etc.). Analyse creative performance and feed insights back into future iterations. Stay up to date with platform trends and ad format developments.
- Proven experience in managing paid social or search campaigns in a busy online retail environment.
- Bachelor's degree level education.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, time-management abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Hands-on experience of Meta Business Manager, Google AdWords and Google Merchant Centre is essential.
- Hands-on experience in using Google Analytics.
