About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our high-performing national industrial team. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening high volumes of candidates for warehousing, production & manufacturing industries, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets both business needs and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates for volume industrial positions across the UK.
  • Use a variety of sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, internal databases, and direct outreach to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Conduct initial telephone and video interviews to assess suitability, motivation, and job fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management in partnership with hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Ensure all pre-employment checks are carried out efficiently and accurately, including: Right to Work verification.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal CRM.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment team, especially around process efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Work productively in line with KPIs and efficiencies; candidate registrations per week, interviews arranged vs interviews attended, offers to starters ratio, compliance accuracy etc.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation, especially relating to Right to Work compliance.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring teams professionally and efficiently.
  • Proficient in using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
