We are recruiting for a Quality Inspector in South Bristol. Days £12.21 per hour; Overtime up to £18.31.

Initially Temporary, but likely leading to Permanent.
JDR is recruiting for a Quality Inspector to work in a Manufacturing and distribution environment in South Bristol. This is a part time, 5 days per week role. For example 09.30-14.00 or 08.00-12.30. This can be flexible to suit but would be circa 20 hours per week across 5 days.
The role:
- To be a visible presence in the factory, checking manufactured goods against materials, dimensions and counts.
- To check raw material goods in for quality, counts, labelling prior to use in the factory.
- To check finished goods in for quality, counts, labelling prior to dispatch.
- To support checks for goods out, palletised volumes and labelling.
- To support with 6S activity in the factory, maintaining standards.
- To support investigation into non conformance returns from customers.
- To deputise for the QHSE manager as required.
About you:
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to use and read basic measuring equipment.
- Microsoft Office IT skills.
- The ability to challenge and not accept mediocre.
