Our client is a leading Truck HGV supplier and service provider who are looking for a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their established team.
- Service, repair and maintenance of HGVs.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics on HGVs to identify mechanical issues and safety concerns.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to restore vehicles to optimal condition.
- Use technical instruments such as ohmmeters to test electrical systems and ensure proper functionality.
- Replace worn or damaged parts, including brakes, engines, transmissions, and suspension components.
- Fully qualified HGV Driver.
- Experienced in vehicle maintenance and repair within a commercial or heavy vehicle environment - 1 year experience.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Flexible on hours and willing to carry out overtime.
- Working Hours: 4 days on/off - Shifts between 7 am and 7 pm.
- Overtime available.
- Easy access to motorway network.
