We are excited to be partnering with a fast growing client in Leeds to recruit for their sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an organisation who have grown by 75% in the last year with no plans to slow down. You'll be working in a busy and dynamic environment speaking to warm leads and working to achieve targets. The OTE is £70k with top earners achieving £90k+ for the year - if you're looking for a role with huge earning potential then this could be the role for you! This is an office based role working in LS11, Leeds.
What you'll be doing:
- Contacting warm leads to discuss various products and services
- Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and circumstances
- Speaking with customers via telephone and video call
- Overcoming objections from customers
- Working to achieve and exceed targets
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience within a sales role - this could be telephone or face to face
- Confident working in a target driven environment
- Hardworking and driven individual
- Great people skills and ability to build rapport
Hours of work:
- Monday to Wednesday: 10:30am-8pm
- Thursday to Friday: 8:30am-6pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: 9am-5pm
