JDR are currently working with a well-established manufacturing client, looking for an experienced Production Operative to join their team. This is an ongoing temporary position to support with peak production with the potential for a permanent position depending on business needs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working to daily and weekly production targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Packing products ready for distribution
- Inspecting products on the production line to ensure quality standards are met
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working in a similar production/warehouse environment
- A strong team player with a good work ethic
- Reliable and punctual with attention to detail
- Able to work in a busy production/warehouse environment
