Job Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of Connex One / Connex AI dialler: campaigns, queues, workflows & rules.
• Real-time performance optimisation: list penetration, recycle rules, time-to-call strategies.
• Data-driven reporting: contact rate, SPH, conversion, and abandonment analysis.
• Compliance leadership: DNC, consent management, and regulatory best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed performance KPIs.

Skills / Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on dialler experience – Connex One or Connex AI is a must.
• A proven track record in outbound sales or retention campaign optimisation.
• Strong Excel and data handling skills – including file mapping and analysis.
• Commercially minded, calm under pressure, and a confident communicator.
