Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service in French (spoken and written)
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and processes
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
- Identify and escalate priority issues as needed
