Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with booking new flights and modifying existing bookings
- Handle flight changes, cancellations, and re-bookings in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage baggage claims, ensuring that lost or delayed baggage is handled promptly and accurately
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding flight statuses, baggage issues, and other airline-related queries
- Provide support and guidance to customers who have missed a flight or whose flight has been cancelled
- Help customers with rebooking and finding alternative travel options
- Uphold a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
- Use of internal systems
Key Skills / Requirements:
- Proven Amadeus GDS experience
- Airline or travel experience
- Experience of working in a fast paced Customer Care environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- An effective team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Passionate about providing great customer care with a friendly personality
- A confident and professional telephone manner
