JDR Recruitment are seeking Technical Machine Operators to join a growing production team in New Mills. Pay: £13.10 + £1.86 allowance
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00, Friday: 06:00 - 12:00
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00, Friday: 12:00 - 18:00
This is a rotating 2-week shift pattern.
About the Role
As a Technical Machine Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring machinery runs efficiently and production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and operating production machinery
- Monitoring machine performance and making basic adjustments
- Carrying out routine quality checks
- Identifying and reporting faults or production issues
- Assisting with basic maintenance tasks where required
