About the Role We\’re looking for a Case Manager to oversee business service requests from start to finish. Once a case is passed to you, you\’ll take full ownership, working with the client and coordinating with external contractors to make sure everything is completed smoothly.
You\’ll be managing cases independently, handling multiple clients at different stages, while still being part of a close and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of new cases handed over from the contact centre.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client throughout the process.
- Coordinate and schedule external contractors.
- Track progress and resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records and updates on each case.
Requirements
- Previous experience in scheduling, account management, or case handling.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of workload.
- Industry experience is helpful but not essential.
