JDR Recruitment are recruiting for MIG Welder / Fabricators in Bolton. Key Responsibilities: Perform heavy duty MIG Welding on structural steel and thick gauge material Fabricate components from technical drawings and engineering plans Cut, shape and assemble metal sections using appropriate tools and machinery Operate Grinders, Saws, Drills and Cutting Torches Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications Carry out visual inspections and basic quality checks Follow Health & Safety procedures Required Skills: Proven experience in heavy duty MIG Welding Ability to read technical drawings Experience working with structural steel and thick materials Competent in the use of fabrication tools Candidates with any experience of vertical weld, multi run or experience in the truck industry would be of huge interest. Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm & Friday 7:30am – 1:30pm The pay rate is £14 per hour. Ongoing work, potentially leading to permanent for the right candidates.
