We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Preston. Do you have recruitment sales experience or resourcing experience? Our team in Preston has over 35 years of experience and is looking for a motivated and ambitious team player who thrives on working in a busy, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and secure new clients to promote the services of the Preston JDR Team (no restrictions on area or industry).
- Visiting clients to secure business.
- Advising clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
- Negotiating contracts and fees with client companies.
- Build and maintain relationships to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Work closely with the team of experienced consultants to manage the sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management for temporary and/or permanent positions.
- Marketing of services through a variety of channels.
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Client and candidate management on the ATS system.
- Administration tasks including carrying out credit checks, client and candidate compliance, invoicing/credit management.
- Working with the team to deal with all incoming enquiries from any clients or candidates.
