We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator.
Location: Monmouth and Lydney
Shift: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 40hrs per week with 1hr lunch daily

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Sales Administrator to join our clients team based in Monmouth. It's important to note the office is relocating to Lydney so you will be required to work between both sites potentially till the transition is complete.
The role: As a Sales Administrator, your role will be to support our clients busy office being one of the main points of contact for our clients customers. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Providing support to customers by telephone, email, and in person
- Building strong customer relationships while helping to generate new business and achieve sales targets
- Preparing accurate quotations and guiding customers through the process from enquiry to completion
- Welcoming and assisting customers at the sales counter with their product needs
- Supporting the launch of new products and promoting current offers
- Following company security, health, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Assisting with warehouse duties when needed to help support the team during staff absences
About you: As a Sales Administrator, you will possess the following skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised and reliable, with a proactive attitude and keen attention to detail
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales or admin experience preferred
