Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer Location: Taunton, Somerset Contract Type: Temporary - could lead to permanent Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm Salary: Competitive About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our high-performing team. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for warehousing, production & manufacturing industries and the commercial industry, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets both business needs and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and engage candidates for positions across the Bristol area Use job boards, social media, internal databases, and direct outreach to build candidate pool Conduct initial telephone and interviews to assess suitability and job fit. Ensure all pre-employment checks are carried out efficiently and accurately, including: Right to Work verification (full training given) What We're Looking For: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring teams professionally and efficiently. Proficient in using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
