Location: Cumbernauld – Office Based

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £30000 (plus potential of up to 20% Monthly bonus)

Working Hours:

  • Week 1 - Mon- Fri 8am - 5pm
  • Week 2 - Mon - Thurs 8am - 4.30pm, Fri - 8am - 2.30pm

About the Role

JDR Recruitment are looking for a confident Internal Sales Advisor with a B2B background, to join our client’s growing internal sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and playing a key part in delivering sales success. You’ll be working closely with trade customers across a defined region, supporting quote processes, helping convert enquiries into orders, and collaborating with our external Regional Sales Managers. If you’re organised, customer-focused, and enjoy a busy environment, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales and frame targets within your assigned region
  • Provide clear communication on quote turnaround times
  • Proactively follow up on quotes to drive conversion into orders
  • Work closely with the External Sales team to achieve shared targets
  • Log and monitor all orders and quote enquiries to identify customer trends
  • Support your own development by seeking training and building product knowledge
  • Attend customer visits, exhibitions, and events as required
  • Carry out any other tasks as directed by your line manager
