Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer – Contact Centre (Sales & Service)
Location: Manchester (with some initial travel to Bolton)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5hrs per week – 8:30am – 5pm (Mon-Fri)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our high-performing Commercial & Contact Centre team. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening high volumes of candidates for contact centre sales and service roles, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets both business needs and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for volume contact centre roles, with a focus on both inbound service and outbound sales positions.
- Use a variety of sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, internal databases, and direct outreach to build strong talent pipelines.
- Conduct initial telephone and video interviews to assess suitability, motivation, and job fit.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management in partnership with hiring managers and recruiters.
- Ensure all pre-employment checks are carried out efficiently and accurately, including:
- Right to Work verification (in accordance with UK employment legislation).
- DBS checks (Disclosure and Barring Service) for regulated roles or roles with access to sensitive data.
- Credit checks where applicable, particularly for roles involving financial information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal CRM.
- Support assessment centre coordination and onboarding processes for large intake cohorts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment team, especially around process efficiency and candidate experience.
- Work productively in line with KPIs and efficiencies; candidate registrations per week, interviews arranged vs interviews attended, offers to starters ratio, compliance accuracy etc
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, ideally within contact centres or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation, especially relating to Right to Work compliance.
- Familiarity with complex vetting requirements, including DBS and credit checks.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring teams professionally and efficiently.
- Proficient in using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
