Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant ready to take your career to the next level? Join JDR – a bold, forward-thinking recruitment company that’s challenging the traditional agency model.
Recruitment Consultant – 360 Role
Location: Warrington & Wrexham (2 days in Warrington branch). Covering the Wrexham/Deeside and Chester areas.
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Source, screen and manage candidates with integrity, care and speed
- Achieve and exceed performance targets and be rewarded for it
- Work collaboratively with a team that values innovation, results and accountability
