Reconciliation Analyst

Reconciliation Analyst - Bolton Up to £40,000 per annum 6 month temporary contract We are recruiting for a Reconciliation Analyst to join our well established healthcare client. We're looking for someone with previous finance experience with a focus on purchase orders, supplier invoices and credit notes. This is a temporary contract for the next 6 months to support with an internal transition process and supporting with end to end processes. The office is based in central Bolton so successful candidates must be comfortable travelling to site. You'll work Monday to Friday, full time office hours. What you'll be doing - Working through a backlog in invoice discrepancies, supplier credits and returns Actively drive issues through to a resolution Review current processes and identify any weak controls Introduce trackers and reporting to standardise processes Work closely with various teams across the business including finance, suppliers and procurement What we're looking for - Financial experience with experience in: Accounts payable, invoice matching and supplier statements Experience with Business Central 365 is an advantage Strong Excel user: Pivot tables, reconciliation analysis and Power BI knowledge Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage Strong communicator and comfortable with chasing suppliers/sites This is a 6 month temporary assignment with an immediate start available!
