Main Duties- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensuring quality standards are consistently met
- Labouring and handling agricultural produce
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
Core hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm; Friday, 8am-3pm. Flexibility required: During peak periods, 12-hour shifts may be needed (with plenty of notice). Overtime: Paid at x1.5 and x2.
