Qualifications and Skills

• IOSH/NEBOSH Health and Safety certification
• Auditor Training
• Knowledge of PPAP/New Products Information techniques
• Problem solving – e.g., 8D reporting
• Ability to use MS Office
• ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 IMS knowledge

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility and accountability for all aspects of Safety, Quality, and Environmental goals.
• Report and drive KPI’s.
• Ensure continued business certification of ISO 9001:2015.
• Manage department personnel and arrange training programs where required.
• Identify improvements, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
