Forklift Driver - Immediate Start

Kinross £13.50 per hour + overtime premiums

JDR are recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected agricultural business with a strong track record of valuing and supporting its workforce. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join their friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a busy environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Main Duties

  • Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move goods and materials
  • Loading and unloading agricultural produce
  • Supporting production and logistics operations as required
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Hours of Work

  • Core hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm; Friday, 8am-3pm
  • Flexibility required: During peak periods, 12-hour shifts may be necessary (with advance notice)
  • Overtime: Paid at x1.5 and x2

Pay & Benefits

  • Basic rate: £13.50 per hour

  • A valid forklift licence (counterbalance)
