Temporary assignment
We are recruiting for Post Room Officer to join our large outsourcing client in Northampton.
This is a temporary assignment to cover a peak period of work for a month until the end of September, with possible potential to extend.
The role is full time and requires flexibility between 7am-10pm, Monday to Friday.
What you'll be doing -
Handling manual administrative work
Preparing customer letters, enveloping and stamping
Ensuring accuracy on all customer orders
Working in a busy environment
Working in a repetitive role
What we're looking for -
Previous experience in a similar role - administration, data entry, post room
Comfortable working in a repetitive role
Able to work in a busy environment to achieve targets
Confident working individually
Can commit to a full time role for at least the month of September
