My client, an expanding commercial property company based in Peterlee, is looking for a permanent full-time Maintenance Technician to join their team and manage 3 large buildings. You would be part of a small team. Training will be given, but experience in the following would be ideal:
- Ensure correct office temperature is maintained on a BMS heating/cooling system, which includes preventative maintenance
- Checking filters and air flow
- General building maintenance (Doors, Locks, Lights, Ceiling tiles, Water leaks, Toilets)
- Heating/Boiler BMS knowledge
- Plumbing/Toilet system maintenance
- Joinery work
- Electrical work
Hours of work are an afternoon shift from 13:15pm to 21:15pm, Monday to Friday.
