My client, specialising in technical support for the automotive Industry, are experiencing rapid growth, and due to this, are looking for a Junior technician, to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to become part of a forward thinking company, with huge potential for career growth.
Essential Functions –
- Perform remote diagnostics using OEM software to identify vehicle issues and faults.
- Assist in remote vehicle programming of control modules and software updates
- Support ADAS calibrations, including camera and sensor systems
- Document and log diagnostic data
Minimum qualifications –
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems , including electrical , mechanical and software components (This could be in a work capacity or hobby)
- Any hands on automotive repair experience (In a workshop, school or home projects)
- Must be proficient in Computer skills, working from multiple screens, and software programs (would suit a Gamer!)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to follow OEM diagnostic and repair procedures
This is an entry level office based role, ideal for someone with both computer , automotive and customer care experience. Huge potential to grow within the business, predominantly into a senior tech role.
25k salary plus Bonus
