Your Key Responsibilities:
- Content & Digital Marketing
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, brochures, and email campaigns
- Update and maintain web pages and product case studies
- Draft press releases and coordinate pickups with industry outlets
- Event Support
- Assist in planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and on-site events
- Coordinate logistics from pre-planning through post-event follow-up
- Market Research & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and economic shifts
- Produce reports and recommend actions based on data insights
- Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback
- CRM & Marketing Operations
- Manage CRM updates (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Support lead generation activities
- Coordinate promotional materials, stock, translations, and vendor communication
What You'll Bring:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Market Research, or similar
- 1-2 years' marketing experience (B2B/manufacturing helpful but not essential)
- Strong writing, communication, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to learn
- Additional languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus
