We're recruiting experienced Food Production Line Leaders to join a modern, purpose-built food manufacturing site in Chadderton, Oldham. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary to permanent position after 12 weeks with a growing business.
Pay Rates:
- AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00): £14.28 per hour
- PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00): £14.28 per hour
- Night Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00): £17.14 per hour
The Role:
As a Food Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the production line while ensuring food safety, quality, and production targets are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating a team of production operatives
- Carrying out CCP (Critical Control Point) checks
- Monitoring and recording product temperatures
- Checking ingredient measurements and ensuring recipe accuracy
- Supervising the production of ready meals
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, quality, and health
