We're recruiting experienced Food Production Line Leaders to join a modern, purpose-built food manufacturing site in Chadderton, Oldham. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary to permanent position after 12 weeks with a growing business.

Pay Rates:

  • AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00): £14.28 per hour
  • PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00): £14.28 per hour
  • Night Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00): £17.14 per hour

The Role:

As a Food Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the production line while ensuring food safety, quality, and production targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of production operatives
  • Carrying out CCP (Critical Control Point) checks
  • Monitoring and recording product temperatures
  • Checking ingredient measurements and ensuring recipe accuracy
  • Supervising the production of ready meals
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, quality, and health
