Location: Oxford & surrounding areas
Pay: £155-£225 per shift
Shifts: 8-12 hours
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time
The Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Traffic Management Operatives to join our client on a permanent basis, working on a range of sites across Oxford and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and removing traffic management systems while ensuring a safe environment for road users, pedestrians and site workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and removing traffic management systems
- Installing signs, cones, barriers and other traffic management equipment
- Maintaining safe working areas around roadworks
- Conducting regular site checks
- Following traffic management plans and safety procedures
- Working safely around live traffic
- Supporting the wider site team
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
Requirements
- Previous traffic management experience required
- Lantra M1, M2 and M5 qualifications preferred
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Safety-conscious with a professional attitude
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible with working hours
- Willing to work evenings, nights and weekends when required
