About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Design Engineer to join my client who specialise in temperature maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, specifying, and supporting temperature solutions for industrial and commercial applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Review RFQs and tender documents for heat tracing projects.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for bid inputs.
- Perform heat loss calculations and system design.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
- Support client clarifications and bid negotiations.
- Provide pre-sales technical support.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Essential: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent).
- Skilled in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar.
- Knowledge of hazardous area and temperature control.
- Strong communication skills.
