Commercial Manager Salary: £70,000-90,000 + Bonus + £9k car allowance

About the Commercial Manager Role:

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join my client, an ICP within Utilities. In this role, you will will oversee the commercial strategy and operations within the company, focusing on managing Quantity Surveying (QS) and Estimating teams. The role involves the review and administration of contracts, specifically under Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) and New Engineering Contract (NEC) frameworks. What We’re Looking For in a Commercial Manager:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
