We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join my client, an ICP within Utilities. In this role, you will oversee the commercial strategy and operations within the company, focusing on managing Quantity Surveying (QS) and Estimating teams. The role involves the review and administration of contracts, specifically under Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) and New Engineering Contract (NEC) frameworks.
