JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to work at a distribution centre based in Worcester, WR4 Cleaning Supervisor Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 3 other cleaning staff. Allocate daily cleaning tasks and monitor performance. Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety requirements. Conduct team briefings and provide ongoing support. Manage staff attendance, rotas, holidays, and sickness. Cleaning Operations Ensure all warehouse, office, canteen, washroom, and locker room areas are cleaned to required standards. Carry out regular inspections and quality checks. Ensure cleaning schedules are completed on time. Respond to urgent cleaning requirements, spillages, and incidents. Operate cleaning machinery when required. Working Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm £13.71 per hour Temporary to Permanent JDR is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
