JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client.
Location: Llay, Wrexham (LL12)
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Hours of Work: Any 4 days out of 6 (Sunday is always a day off) Rotating monthly between days and nights.
- Days: 6am to 6.30pm
- Nights: 6pm to 6.30am

The Role: We are currently recruiting for multiple Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing and distribution site based in Llay. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with immediate starts available and long-term career prospects. As a Production Operative, you will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating machinery to produce a variety of products. You will be responsible for quality checking finished goods to ensure they meet required standards, as well as packing products and preparing them for dispatch. The role will also involve general housekeeping duties and adhering to all health and safety procedures. You will be expected to work towards production targets and contribute to the overall efficiency of the operation.
Experience / Skills Required:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
- Experience operating machinery is preferred
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet targets
- Flexible approach to working rotating shifts
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a machine operating role is required
