JDR Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join a growing business based in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a successful sales career within a supportive and expanding company.
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 basic OTE up to £43,000

The Role:
- Proactively generating new business through business visits, cold calling, networking and prospecting.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Preparing quotations, negotiating contracts and closing sales.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Developing a portfolio of repeat business.
- Keeping up to date with market trends and industry developments.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in field sales, telesales or business development.
- Confident in cold calling, face-to-face sales and business development.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially aware.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
- Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A positive, resilient attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
