JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Conveyancer on behalf of our client in Preston, PR1. Our client is a 5 star rated business who operate within conveyancing and property law. The business has built up a strong reputation in its local marketplace for good, friendly service and efficient handling of transactions.
Hours of Work: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent, Hybrid working after probation
- Managing a portfolio of conveyancing matters independently from start to finish
- Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently
- Reviewing and preparing legal documentation accurately and within required timescales
- Maintaining accurate records using case management systems
- Ensuring all matters are progressed in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of managing and completing conveyancing matters from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and legislation
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing legal documentation
- A minimum of 6 years of experience within a conveyancing role is required for this role
