JDR Recruitment are hiring on behalf of their client based in Middlewich, Cheshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a stores candidate or storesperson looking to branch out into other sectors.
The role is split between the warehouse and the workshop. Full training will be given to the successful candidate in the workshop. The main part of the role will be fault finding and repairing electrical goods for customers. The stores half of the role is operating the FLT truck in the warehouse and any other general duties that may be required.
We are looking for a reliable, proactive candidate with both a Reach Truck license and a genuine interest in electronics and technology.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30. No weekends or evenings!
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Duties:
- Fault finding in the production area - full training given
- Fixing electrical goods
- Operating the reach truck in the warehouse
- Putting away stock
Requirements:
- Valid Reach truck license
- Reach truck experience
- Interest in electronics
- Hardworking and reliable
- Candidate must be looking for long term employment
- An ability to prioritise workloads
